Before you start to advertise your event, keep in mind that no event is considered for approval until the bond and insurance for the event are on file in the commission office.
Weigh ins will take place the day of event. Event promoters may opt to hold weigh ins up to 24 hours before the event with commissioner approval for a $250 fee.
